Horrible, painful massage... asked for Hot Stone massage but no stones were used. Massage was way too hard - repeatedly told the massage lady it was too painful and too hard and she just laughed and pressed harder. I now have deep bruising on my back/butt. Most painful massage I've ever had and not the kind I asked for. Was still charged $60. Never going back. Searched for email address - no email and/or head office contact details. Also, payments go to a different company name - no email address or head office contact details for them either.
