Terrible, horrible service. I spoke to a very disinterested "assitant" who advised a Pandora charm I wanted was not in stock (didn't even bother to look!) When I asked if I could have my name and number taken down to be contacted when they came in (she said they were on order and could be there before the end of the week again, didn't bother to check) she roller her eyes and proceeded to reluctantly take my name and number. I could have thrown my money at her and she would still have been disinterested and bothered by me!

Wouldn't waste your money as that's all they care about. As long as they make their sale, they don't want to extend their "Customer service" after the sale. Obviously don't want repeat sales.... Plenty other jewellers out their to choose from just keep walking past this one!
