Two Sales Staff waiting at the front door to suck you in. Centre Management should control this, other stores DON'T do it. Hearing Test is in the open at the opening with all the Centre noise, anyone would fail the test. Not shown different models and not told about Humm monthly add ons of $30+ that's $360 interest per year. Should have gone to Specsavers and still have $$$'s in my bank account. Won't accept 1 star
