Stay away from the mt Eliza branch very unfriendly staff and at times are rude and abrupt and when complaints are made to management nothing is done about, commonwealth bank is a big company and they have many customers that they don’t care if some are unhappy with the mistreatment by staff they don’t care if they lose you especially mteliza warnings don’t go there
