"should of went to Spec Savers".. what a joke! My father booked an appointment , checked the time and date 3 times with them and when he arrived to the appointment they had no booking. Tried to blame it on him and were so rude about it. They did not even offer to rebook him in .He had driven 150km to his appointment. He was very upset when returning home. I suggest you treat your customers better. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
