I am very unhappy with the service today at Big W Lilydale. I lined up with many people at the service desk to pick up an order. I waited 3/4 hour to get to the desk. Only two service attendants were available. I was promptly told by the attendant that the pick up was now in the party section. I explained how long I had waited and was told there was a sign. I queued again. The people behind me had not seen the sign either. It was in the wrong place. A manager was called to move it. Poor service by the girl at the first desk who could have have been kind enough to allow me to pick up my item there, considering the time I had been waiting. Not good enough.
