This shop does not comply with Australian Consumer law. After purchasing a cover for an iPad mini 4 I found it was the wrong one. That was swapped with a promise it would fit. I It didn’t. I asked for a refund only to be told that they were not authorised to provide a refund. I was then told come back Monday and we will have one. On Monday I was told that they were not in supply. On asking for a refund I was then informed that I had to email requesting a refund. After the shop assistant rang mobile palace head office I was again informed that it was either wait until 5:30 or whereby the shop assistant would try to buy a cover in another shop or email for a refund this was at 3:15. Whilst the shop assistant is personable and helpful the company policy of not activating refunds from the store makes life very difficult for the customer
