I visited Matchbox in the Glen on the 25th March 2023. I was served by Milo, the manager and Barbara. They were very pleasant, polite, friendly and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me with my problem of replacing part of an Avanti kitchen item instead of having to replace the whole item which is what I expected I would have to do. Excellent customer service and one very happy customer. This will be my go to kitchen/ cookware store. Thank you.
