I have been a customer of Green Bamboo for some 4 years in Karingal, having said that please be aware that on checking my bank statements over the last 2 years I have been charged twice on 3 occasions for the same massage. I tried to resolve this issue in person with them, however I was met with hostility and defiance. I am now trying to resolve this issue with my bank. In my opinion it is a shame that a business cannot admit that their staff has made a mistake and rectify the issue at hand to ensure repeat business. I will not be returning to this business which I have frequented weekly on a regular basis. I can only hope that someone will check their bank statements after they have been to this business to ensure that they have not been overcharged.
