Frankston Carpet Call provided a fantastic service installing carpet to my property. From the sales rep to the installer everyone was punctual and polite. This was a quick turn around of 7 days from first contact.

We recently had some hybrid flooring installed. Love the product,and want to use more of it, but we were in no way impressed by the sales staff or the manager at the Franston store. The room measurements they made were very inaccurate, so we were overcharged for 6-8 square metres of material and installation. They also did not take into account the difference in height between the new flooring and remaining existing tiles in the room in question. The workers who installed it were professional and helpful, but did not show up on the day expected after being given the wrong contact number for us by sales staff. Repeated calls from me to the store on the day achieved nothing. No follow up from the manager after the delay in delivery. Would we use Carpet Call again? Not likely!!
