This laundrette is owned by the same people who run Station Street Laundrette Ferntree Gully. This smaller laundrette is unattended and the water taps are not turned on which means the machine takes your money and doesn't work. There is a number for Brita Wash Laundry on the wall but they do not offer refunds and send anyone out to turn on the water taps. This laundrette took a good deal of my money and the machines wouldn't work. Brita Wash refused to answer my calls or refund my money. Use the internet laundrette in Alpine Street instead.
