    Attended Telstra Epping store today to exchange faulty phone case only to be told there was nothing wrong with it by the Manager, that was until he tried it several times himself. A new one was issued and as my partner opened the case up he was rudely told he was doing it wrong, so he handed to the Manager asking for him to show him but instead he abruptly put the item on the counter and told my partner good bye. The Manager didn't want to exchange the item and gave my partner attitude when his claim of it being faulty was found to be correct and proceeded to be rude during the rest of our interaction, it was only a $130 case. An extremely disappointing interaction from Telstra staff.
