very poor shopping experience staff lacking in product knowledge one male staff member very nervous and could clearly not cope with his job .....very poor customer service all round even from the manager the staff seem to be inconvenienced by customers..prices far too expensive for product very dated style frames have seen the same frames on their shelves for years...will never shop in this store again
