DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! I bought an expensive case and screen protector ($84) for my new Apple iPhone bought that day. Just 3 weeks later, the screen protector started lifting up. I had not dropped it. Went there with my receipt, they refused, with some rubbish about "warranty only 2 weeks". I pointed out it was covered by Australian Consumer Law, they still refused to help. I told other customers there - don't buy from them - they threatened to call security!! Took it to another shop who said they should never have sold that case with that screen protector, as the case size "lifts the screen protector up", and said they should give me my money back. Same thing at another shop. I ended up spending another $22 elsewhere to replace. These people don't care about customers, or the law. Don't go there.

Poor quality product and poor customer service. I purchased a $35 glass screen protector from All Cases kiosk at Westfield Doncaster which they recommended for my brand new iphone7. It lasted 3 weeks before developing a crack across the entire screen. I returned with receipt in hand expecting a replacement as obviously it had been a faulty product only to be told by the assistant that I had dropped the phone. When I vehemently denied this, she said it must have been because I had credit cards in my phone cover!!! She offered to replace it for 1/2 the cost of a new glass which I refused as I pointed out I hadn't done anything that could cause damage and that they have an obligation to provide a reliable product. She insisted it was my fault as the phone must have been dropped...thus I am writing this review. Don't go there...get a better quality product from somewhere else where I am sure they will honour their responsibility if there is a problem.
