Worst service ever! I took my 2.5yrs son for a haircut, and asked the lady there if they do haircut for kids. She didn't understand the question, abruptly said "$10" and turned her back on me! I had to ask another one, because I didn't want to pay for a ticket then wait for our turn and figure out they don't do for kids. After all, I got my son a ticket and waited. The same lady who turned her back on me skipped our number. When I saw the number on the screen, I came and checked with her, because our ticket was there, and it got skipped! She said I could wait, she would finish the other guy fast and back to me!! Thank god, that gentleman told her to do for my son first, because it was the correct order. He could wait. I was very polite to her, because I was hoping at least she could do a proper cut for my son. But of course I was wrong. She was not so happy. She did a blunt job on my son! He is only 2.5 years old, and she put it all on him! He had a bloody blunt haircut with 3 small cuts on the back of his neck! What a customer service! She didn't even say anything. No respect for customers and no respect for her profession!!! Very disappointed.
