The doll we bought was poor quality and fell apart when removed from the box. When we tried to return it they offered us a 10 dollar refund for a 50 dollar doll we had just bought!.

I purchased a doll for $50 from this shop. My niece opened it for her birthday present and it completely fell apart. The dress does not even cover the doll’s butt. I returned the doll and was told that it was my problem as I had already paid for it. After a lot of arguing he offered a $10 refund for the doll. I contacted Consumer Affairs and found out there is already an investigation underway against this business for faulty products which are dangerous and for selling products that do not meet Australian Consumer Standards. Consumer Affairs are asking for anyone who has had issues with this company to also file a complaint. It will not allow me to upload pictures but I have thoroughly documented everything to aid the investigation. VERY DODGY!!!!
