I went to this store after having problems with my phone and instructed by one of telstras online reps to go to a telstra store...oh my goodness if only I'd known how I would be treated I would not have gone and I will never go back there again..The last time I went there a few years ago it was wonderful service ..but now it seems the store is running with new ones in there and it's horrendous...I did my own research while in Kingston concerning that place and there were no good reports concerning it...people dislike going in there so I was not alone in my thoughts about it..
