I went into the Telstra Shop Cat and Fiddle last Saturday for a enquiry on my mobile as i received a sms saying my credit had expired and he could not help me and basically wanted me to make a appointment. Their was no appointments to the following week and he said i can arrange for you so you can buy a new mobile. I said no i dont want a new mobile as i am happy with mine. I left the store crying. I wont be going back to this store. I went to the Telstra Shop in Kingston and received better service and they were very helpful and i am happy now.

Charges for ‘free products’ purchased a new iPhone last year in which I was advised that I could choose some bonus products as part of the deal. 12 months later I found out that they had charged me $11 per month for the entire contract for the Free Extras. They refuse to take the charges off because I have no proof of the “free extras”
