today i visited shiels harbour town just for a browse but ended up leaving with the best purchase ever :) i was assisted by an extremely kind hearted, welcoming and friendly staff member named kate. she lead me into the right direction of what i wanted and liked. she was not forcing me to get anything but genuinely wanted to help me and my friend on what we liked and focused on us putting our money towards something we would like and not regret buying. she did just that! she helped me and my friend so much and honestly made our day, she helped me even after the store had closed due to us being so indecisive of what we wanted she did nothing but be patient and help us with what we wanted :) honestly best staff in harbour town shiels they need a pay rise!!
