The alteration service absolutely stuffed up my $1200 suit. The Manager who was on a day off only wanted to swap the suit for a new one & then send me on my way. The staff on the other hand were very helpful & resolved the issue. I give 1 star because I do not believe this was the first instance of the alteration people messing up a job plus the Manager must have know of the shonky work going on.
