I've never written a bad review and if i could give this eyebrow place a 0 I would. I told the woman that I did not want an arch and to keep my eyebrows thick. She blatantly ignored my request and gave me the biggest arch, completely destroyed my eyebrow shape and changed it to what she wanted, a shape that doesn't suit my face. She also removed so much hair that I barely have any eyebrows left although there was a lot of hair there previously. She also made my eyebrows so asymmetrical where my right eyebrow has essentially no hair left and my left brow is thicker. AVOID this place at all costs!! They do not listen to what you want, they do not know how to keep your eyebrows thick and will BOTCH them! Don't fall victim to the same fate that I have suffered, I don't even want to leave my house since they have destroyed my eyebrows.
