If I had written this a week ago, I would have given this store a solid 5 stars. BUT some twats at corporate level decided that a massive expansion of self-checkout and removing the express checkout was a great idea. What the heck were they thinking? I will be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging my friends to do the same.
