I found the gentleman most helpful. Should something go wrong with my phone I'm going back to him. What also impressed me, for what did for me he refused any payment; hopefully next time he wont be so shy. Thank you very much.

I took 2 phones in for repair on Tuesday. One required a new battery so I left it for collection later. The other required a part that had to be brought in. I was asked to come back on Friday. Thursday I received a SMS telling me the part had arrived and I replied I would be there at 11:00am Friday. The phone rrquiring a new battery was ready. A different operator was there and started to do unnecessary work I had not requested and said it would take an hour. I expressed my dissatisfaction and went away but after reflection, came back and requested the return of my phone and the replacement part. This was met with an ubfavourable response and after some minor argument I retrieved my phone and the replacement part. The first person I dealt with was very helpful byr he second was not. Be careful about using this company.

Do not use this company!!!! They fixed screen, and gave 30 warranty, but... It was faulty, so I returned to get phone repaired, they kept it till warranted run out then just put screen protector over screen and gave it back. When asked for another warranty for new repair they said no! Waste of $195!!! They don't answer phone and. When I kept going back to get phone in warranty period they said it's not ready yet they had it for weeks!
