Absolutely disgusting service, don't answer phones for 6 hrs even after telling u to call them and all 5 internet modems purchased from the store are faulty, getting charged for a service they do not supply

Vodaphone service is not very helpful could not even put on there app and by trying stuffed up the settings, could not even do a add on for international calls told to do it online and this was all done by the manager how has no time for customers rating would be 0 stars

Vodaphone customer service is dreadful. Hopeless service, money grabbing SOB. Would not assist my wife with an replacement of a faulty brand new which she signed up for. She has been with this company for so many years and there is no loyalty on their behalf. We are furious on how we were treated at this branch Noarlunga and on the phone to their customer service contact. Bye Bye Vodaphone. I am taking my business elsewhere.
