Totally dissatisfied with staff who look like they just come in from junior class. Have no idea how to relate to older clients. Been with Optus 20+ years count for nothing. Stuffed up my plan several times. In tripled monthly after telling me to my face there be no change in monthly charge. Communication was bloody difficult, children working there speaking at rate of knots finding hard to understand coupled with strong accent. Very disappointing. Bought new flipphone, stuffed up took couple months to get back and guess what, won't switch on. In past this shop would sort shit out now they fob you off saying your to phone and fix it. No customer service. Once they sign you that's it. See ya we got our little bonuses. Very bad bad service.And l run a big business. Would never employ any of these kids. Optus is useless.
