bought a script that states ventolin on pbs i pay$6.00 at any other pharmacy, I charged 13.10 yesterday. i phoned chemist today to explain situation and was told because i did not get generic medication they charged me extra. I have never been in this situation as a pensioner at any other chemist. i certainly will never go back and will tellmy friends and doctors of this situation. shame.
