Staff at Strandbags assisted my 90 year old father to purchase a carry-on bag when he was travelling to the Sunshine Coast.It needed to be a sturdy but light bag as he had recently had a knee operation.The staff were patient and courteous, giving Dad alternatives and advice.Even the colour of the bag was discussed. After his holiday, he was still in awe of his new luggage.
