Very very poor return policy. The manager/owner Roxanne, whilst attempting to be professional, in effect called us liars. My wife bought me a tshirt for my birthday. Upon opening (direct from the Country Road bag), it appeared as though someone had blown their nose on the shirt. We took it back next day, with the tags, the wrapping paper and Country Road bag, only to be told that there is no way the store would sell a dirty shirt. I can guarantee (hand on heart) that the shirt was dirty when it left the store as the dried stain was there when the present was opened. I won’t be back to this store and will pursue consumer affairs. I strongly suggest customers thoroughly inspect any product sold from this store prior to purchase as it may be part of their poor stock control processes to sell/resell dirty clothes. For an upmarket shop, their customer service and return policy is sadly lacking. I also seriously take offence at being called a liar. 0/10 from me.
