Complete incompetent lying cunts. Got them to duplicate a key, said it wouldnt be a problem and to come back in 10 key looked a bit odd when i went to pick it up, they said it wouldnt be a problem and to come back for a refund. Key didnt fit in the door and when i came back they essentially told me to f*** myself and that they wouldnt do another for me nor refund me
