Some of the staff are impolite & constantly talk to each other in a language other than English. This afternoon I had the quickest pedicure it took the gentleman 15 minutes only!!! Normally it takes anything between 40-45minitues. When I asked to speak to the Manager as she was not in the spa he replied saying he didn’t know. I requested for the pedicure to stop & another female staff completed it. Very disappointing as i am a regular monthly customer.
