Telstra Robina is my preferred store, always friendly, helpful customer service. I believe David helped me last time, explained my options and even though very busy store, never felt rushed. Whilst I was there his colleague dealt with another tricky query in a very professional and understanding manner. I also appreciated the follow up from the store and NBN connection help. I’ll be back!
