The Service desk Manager is very rude and discriminate's people on Disability, after waiting in line for a long time I was told she won't accept my $20 of $2 and $1 coins. I was told in a rude tone to go to the bank I explained to her that I've purchase smoke's with coins before. I was disappointed of the very low standards of friendly customer service from the Service Desk Manager. She didn't even apologise and say sorry we don't accept coins. Instead she said "Go to the bank I got no room in the draw for coins nothing else was said, how rude. On another occasion I purchase an item on special but didn't realise I payed full price at the counter. The Service desk manager said I can get the discount as found by other staff,but as I tried to explained to the Service desk manager what happened on the walk threw checkout that I realise the price change there. The Service desk manager had rudely interrupted and said the words nastily to me "No your not going to get a discount and your not going to be served. I explained that I rely on coles Toombal for food shopping and I'm a regular here, the Service desk manager seemed to be in a really bad mood and I notice she was even speaking to the younger staff members rudely and not friendly. I will be seeking Legal advice regarding the Service desk manager for discrimination against people on disability in the near future.
