Today approximately 9.10 am .I very disappointed I’d purchased a Colorado bag from north lakes stitching coming undone inquired about my bag the lady told me to go back to north lakes I asked could she not help me and was told we don’t have that one go back to north lakes. Thanks for the lack of service.
