I used to see Ashleigh and she was amazing, unfortunately she left the salon. I was appointed a another member. I specifically explained to this person that I have been growing out my hair colour for over a year and I just wanted to tone out the redness at the ends. After the consult I soon realised that it wasn’t washing out and my year of growing any hair dye out was a waste of time. I contacted the owner to explain what happened, she looked in my file and assured me it was only a toner and to be honest she didn’t seem to care. I’ve recently moved to another hairdresser and they have assured me that they did leave the toner on to long which lifted my hair colour. Such a shame the owner didn’t attempt to rectify the problem. I am so disappointed at her lack of customer service. Won’t be returning.
