We will never use this service again. We paid to have the glass of a framed picture repaired by this business, only to discover when we brought it home that the new glass was broken and the frame was now damaged. I rang the store and was told that it was our responsibility because we didn't unwrap it and check it before we left the store. The woman on the phone accused my husband of breaking it on the way home and refused any possibility or responsibility on the store's part.
