I AM appauld with what has happened today with manager jodie,the check out girl dudnt give my son a reciept from buying a few item for his girlfriends birthday realised when he got back to the car that she already had these things ,so went back 5 mins later to say ,you didnt give me a reciept and I'd like my money back ,5 mins later !!!! Apparently she said cannot return if there is no reciept lol he said well that is what I'm saying anyway he came home and told me the story 1/2hour later I went in there and seen manager ,how rude she was she didnt give a shit what happened or try to accommodate this problem just kept sipping her water and said if no reciept no refund but I was there telling her the Indian girl didnt give one and he only bought it 1/2hour earlier and confronted the staff member all in all she the manager threatened to call security and didn't give a rat's arse how she was treating a customer, no care no appolige ,and certainley no understanding at all this has really upset me ,and I've seen other reviews to they treat customers with no respect at all I am furious that nothing was done or resolved ,discusting ,this manager needs a gd talking to and perform her manager job properly eleven a customer at the time over heard and she said no you dont always give receipts and she also had a problem with same manager ,totally discussed and overwhelmed with her attitude
