I've noticed a few of the shop owners parking in the disabled spots and they're often smoking on the footpath, or blocking it. I guess they park in the disabled spots due to inadequate parking spots. There's an aggressive vibe going on there, coming from some shop owners, not a friendly environment.

Disappointed that skips, personal removal vans etc are parking in the Handicapped and Mother with Prams parking bays at Warrigal Square. Consideration should be given to the handicapped and mothers before they selfishly park in these bays. Did anyone give permission?

To the owners/managers of the Centre, I am disgusted and disappointed that you have allowed large skips to be located in the Handicapped and Mothers with Prams parking bays. This is a very selfish act and also against the law. If it is the demolition company's fault, they should be alerted and admonished. It is a LOW act to deprive handicapped people of access to their parking bays. Please take this selfish act further and tell them to park their skips at the back of the Centre where it doesn't annoy anyone.
