Very unhelpful and rude - especially the young many with well trimmed beard. Travelled from Chapel Hill after speaking with them on the phone and they said they could help with my locked device - not to be and a total waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

Samsung service is pathetic in fact non -existant. I have returned my phone 3 times and it still does not work. It is impossible to talk to them about this as they never return your call.

We went late last night to visit Samsung at Chermside & Brandon helped us with 2 phone problems and he was actually closed but that didn't distract him.He was so helpful and professional.Should be more of this in the world.Great job Brandon!Thank you

I went into the Samsung shop at Chermside Westfield today with a problem with my samsung tablet. After waiting at least 30 mins while a guy was chatting up a customer (nothing related to anything samsung,i overheard them flirting exchanging numbers and going to meet up later) He eventually asks what he can do to help me only to tell me to go home and fix it myself then if I cant, come back and ask again. I dont know anything about technology and have no idea of what to do and he just seemed very frustrated with me that i disturbed his conversation with the other person and gave me a brush of as quick as he could. Terrible customer service. Im only giving 1 star because I cant put none.
