One teller working only no back up staff to serve ten people waiting in queue. Twenty minute wait for teller I was next to served.

Bad service, we were attended by staff from different department whom hadn't had enough training with what we were there to do, so when she helped us she kept missing things and didn't do things in the right process. This has affected us months down the track since we now have to go back to fix these mistakes.
