I was appalled visiting this bakery last night. I was asked to wait while employee was cleaning the floor which is not an issue however requested the apple turnover which the employee used her bare unwashed hands to take out of the cabinet. I decided immediately to cancel the remainder of the order and asked the employee to not proceed. Employees should be trained about hygiene and customer service. I have previously been to this store and was served by an unfriendly young employee. I will never go back to this bakery, worst service and unhygienic.
