Today my 10 year old grandson was spending his birthday money from his other grandparents. He bought a mother's day present, but really wanted a cross and chain for himself. Your very, very helpful team member at Capalaba showed endless patience and very quickly identified that he was the customer and not me. Nothing was too much trouble for her trying to please him on his budget. Although the ultimate sale went to an equally helpful team member at the store near the sheep skin place, the patience and customer service is commendable especially as he was dismissed or ignored in other stores. Well done, and thank you for making him feel that his $80 budget was worthy of your attention.
