In fairness we were offered a fix sadly though you can’t glue hair back on. My husband had the worst haircut I have ever seen. He showed the staff member a photo from our wedding and said that was what he wanted what he got however was at least 3 inches shorter than the photo, clippers were used when you can see quite clearly in the photo that was not the style it is sloppy and amateurish. The complaint was handled swiftly and Karen was good about it however the offer of a refund, as it cannot be fixed, would of been the right thing to do in my opinion at least enough to buy a hat to cover up the atrocity �
