I believe that the job of a manager is to help,support,and be a roll model to the new apprentices trying to become ur future stylist not come home in tears because of bullying in the work place.ive seen three apprentices run out because of the managers conduct to there staff. Be kind,support and be there role model not hard....fake nail,fake hair and make up don't make the perfect hairdresser.stop being nasty to juniors who want to learn and be there...have a great day
