Recently I needed a new battery. I searched online to find a stockist that had the correct battery for my vehicle ( Holden Caprice). Battery World had the right battery for my vehicle. I was pleased to find the battery was made in Australia. I was quoted a good price for my battery. When I attended the store I was served promptly and due to the fact that my battery is located in a side panel in the boot and was difficult to access I asked the very helpful young man if he could assist me in installing it. He immediately rolled out his tool cart and within minutes had removed the required panels and installed the new battery. Prior to the installation he attached a temporary power source to ensure that I did not loose any computerized settings. All this was done in a friendly and professional manner. The best bit was that it was all done at no extra cost. Well done Battery World good old fashioned service.
