Ordered shutters from West Burleigh store 7 weeks ago (told 4-6 week wait at order) and will not be delivering now until "around 5 weeks time". When I called 2 weeks ago they said my blinds would be here mid June. They have a 90 day clause in their contracts allowing them to go 90 days over the initial 4-6 week order so the won't entertain a refund. No compensation - just an apology. I wish I'd read some reviews before ordering through Spotlight. Terrible customer service.
