I had a terrible experience ordering a hard drive online through Hervey Norman. It ended up being the wrong product which is likely my own fault but I couldn't get any help or response from HN regarding returns. After multiple calls and emails I decided to go straight to the supplier who were very helpful. 4 months later I had a call from HN support asking if I been looked after which by Harvey Norman I had not. Probably better off ordering off ebay.
