I had a manicure done last week with normal polish. While she was attending to my cuticles, my finger was cut and started to bleed. The bleeding wouldn’t stop and it bleed out around my cuticles. She said sorry but not in a meaningful way. A green alcoholic solution was applied to my cut twice to stop the bleeding which made it sting even more! I was charged full price and not even offered a discount. It was the worst manicure I’ve ever had! I won’t be going back! Kim was the name of the girl who did my nails. Incompetent to say the least!

Had an uncomfortable experience getting my nails done, the technicians were rude and rough with my hands and caused a cut on my finger without apologising. The entire time I was getting my nails done, the two technicians spoke to each other in an Asian language, and made rude comments about my mums nails, and it was obvious what they were talking about.
