I have never had such an awful experience. After asking for a brown hair die and layered cut. Quoted $250.. wow expensive. I left with purple still coming through, not the layers I asked for and asked her to redo. And thinning to the point I have prickles. Plus being charged $300 including a treatment I didn't ask for. The salon manager chose just argued with me over the phone and only offered to look at my cut. Which im sure she would have just kept being defensive rather then offering a solution. You can't fix a hair cut thats been cut too short. Now it's ruined my hair style for my wedding and my earing that she got hair dye on. Im now left $300 out of pocket for a hair cut i didnt want. Disgusting and if i can warn everyone to not go, as i went for a long time at the warehouse chains spent loads then when something goes wrong they treat you awful. You may be happy now but it's only a matter of time. Going to be supporting small local businesses that need it and care from now on.
