my nail got infected now I have to top of two of my toes. Never going here again!

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The male owner started my nails and then left me for 30 minutes whilst he looked for someone else to finish them. He then came over and asked me to try and remove the sns on them myself!!! Eventually another member of staff came over and took 60 minutes to finish my nails. After 90 minutes and the worst sns nails I’ve ever had, they then expected me to pay 100$!!!!!! I normally pay 55$ for great nails and service in my local nail salon. Very disappointed, will not return here.

I’ve been getting my nails done for years down in Melbourne and I’ve never payed more then $55 for a full set SNS with tips. I spent $80 here and 2 nails have already snapped off, it’s only been 5 days since I had them done. This has never happened before, I’d usually get 3 weeks out of the full set before a re fill is needed. Not only is this nail parlour extremely over priced, but the actual quality of the nails are the worst I’ve ever had.
