I went there to purchase a gift, a skin care products for my mother inlaw. I was recommended a product and was told in confidence that the product would be perfect for her. She only got to try the products a few months later and the skin care range burned her skin. I called back the store and nothing was offered to me because I had purchased it 6 months back. The item was only tried once and it was purchased out of recommendation from their own staff. Poor customer service. I am going to report this further I was treated very poorly and they wont even offer any options
